This is a new product, "Eazy Smart Floor Waste", relates to floor drains having gates to prevent smells and water backing up from the sewer.
The normal floor waste consists of a cover plate with holes to strain out solids and to allow the water to flow through to the drain line
Eazy smart is an innovative drain system allowing both traditional drainage and stopper when flipped turning the cover with wings, it is easy to close the gate with no screws or springs.
Easy Smart Floor waste can be inserted in the existing floor waste base. It can replace the old cover plate without removing whole drain and the tiles.
Another feature is to provide the tile filling cover means which is beautifully matched and has a with the floor tiles and easy to install and remove. One cover gives 2 faces; one is round chrome finish and the other is round tile filled finish. It is very easy to change to fit the floor by, turning the face. Eazy Smart Floor waste offers a range of decorating options. The centre tile recess allows a coordinated tile to be at one with the surrounding floor tiles, in effect disappearing into the overall decor. Alternatively, use the centre tile recess to highlight a feature tile or contrasting tile for a spectacular effect.
